Every event starts with a conversation. You’ll sit down with Chef Drew to talk through the details—what you’re celebrating, what vibe you’re going for, and what kind of food fits your palette.
From there, we’ll build a custom menu that fits your taste and vision. Think wood-fired meats, bold sides, plated courses, passed bites—whatever the night calls for. We’ll also map out the flow of service, whether it’s casual buffet-style or a full plated dinner.
Our team handles everything: setup, service, cleanup. We show up early and serve with heart so you can enjoy the night. It all starts with a consultation and ends with a meal no one forgets.
