Half Jerked Chicken

all-natural half chicken that has been marinated in authentic jerk marinade for at least 12 hours.  The chicken is repeatedly basted with additional jerk seasoning while it is slow smoked with hickory and oak.

Ingredients: half chicken, jerk marinade (scallion, hot peppers, salt, black pepper, allspice, nutmeg, citric acid, thyme)

Suggestions: Heat and enjoy with white rice and steamed cabbage or pull the meat from bone and top your favorite green with it for a healthy jerked chicken salad.
