Smoked Beef Brisket

all-natural prime beef brisket that has been trimmed meticulously and seasoned generously with our Other Rub.  We then slow smoke with hickory and oak until it is perfectly tender.

Ingredients: prime beef brisket, kosher salt, granulated garlic, and black pepper
