Plate & Platter Birthday Boil

Chef Drew recently returned from an R&D trip to Savannah with his wife Chef Gwen. The low country air and historic vibes inspired a personal invitation to celebrate Chef with a Birthday Boil dinner. 

For this authentic but unique Low Country Boil experience, Chef is sourcing local with the freshest shellfish from Georgia and Alabama. The corn and potatoes are from the harvest of a Georgia farmer and partner. Chef will marry together a smoked sausage and a stock that has been perfectly seasoned and simmered to make this Birthday Boil irresistible!

Come indulge in good food, great fellowship, and impeccable service as part of the Plate & Platter Summer Series presented by Pink's Barbecue.

Celebrate Georgia Chef’s Table Experience

Join our unforgettable culinary experience curated at the beautiful Sanctuaire Atelier in Williamson, Ga. 

Chef Drew and the Pink’s Barbecue team have crafted an evening out against a picturesque landscape, a summer sunset, and twilight open air.

The night begins with craft cocktails and pass-around appetizers.  Spoken word performer Jamel Moore will warm souls with his prolific poetry.

Dinner is presented table-side by Chef Drew + Chef Gwen featuring an unsurpassed farm - to - table experience.  The thoughtful summer menu celebrates the bountiful harvest of Chef’s favorite Georgia producers. 

Come for the unexpected and leave with fire in your belly, new friends, and favorite memories.

Kick off Summer 2024 with the first in a series of Plate & Platter by Pink's Barbecue Pop-up Chef’s Tables. 

Cost is $175 per person.

Eat & Clay: A Chef's Table Experience

Menu: A Tribute to Jamaica

You’re invited to join ceramicist Valerie Costanza and Chefs Andrew and Gwen Chambers as they join together for an evening of food, craft, and fellowship. 

They will take you on a journey to explore Valerie's world of ceramics  while also feasting on a curated, multi-course family style dinner. The menu is inspired by Chef Andrew's love for barbecue and his deep Jamaican roots.

At the end of the evening, each guest will be guided in creating their very own handmade ceramic creation. Guests will be notified of next steps for retrieving their ceramic creations at then end of the evening.

Additional surprises are planned for a memorable and not-to-be-missed event!
